Situated next to the hotel, it is ideal for swimming, water sports, enjoying a stroll along the promenade, having a drink at the beach bar, exploring the rugged cliffs or falling in love with the famous Cadiz sunsets.

WINE ROUTE

One of Cádiz’s most cherished treasures is its wine, and the province has 2 different routes: the Wine and Brandy de Jerez Route, which starts in Chiclana de la Frontera and ends in Jerez, passing through Chipiona, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Trebujena, and, the Wines of Sierra de Cádiz Route, which includes the towns of Arcos de la Frontera and Prado del Rey. This is an excellent leisure activity for wine lovers who want to discover the wine cellars, participate in tastings, take a walk through vineyards or even take courses, among many other activity options.

ROUTE OF THE WHITE VILLAGES

Discover Cádiz’s white landscapes, the whitewashed houses nestled in the mountains with facades covered in flowers. The province has 2 routes: the Northern Route, with towns such as Villamartín, Algodonales and Olvera, and, the Southern Route, which starts with towns on the northern border of the Los Alcornocales Nature Reserve and passes through the Sierra de Grazalema Nature Reserve.

SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES

The beaches of Cádiz are an attraction for water sports enthusiasts, in particular, surfers, kite surfers, sailors and kayakers, but the area is suitable for all types of sports. Novo Sancti Petri has 2 golf courses, 4 grass soccer pitches, and Chiclana offers comprehensive sports facilities, including the Estadio Municipal de Atletismo (City Athletics Stadium), tennis and padel clubs, surf, equestrian and paragliding schools, a go-kart circuit, and much more.

NATURE

There are 4,000 hectares of pine forests surrounding the Valentín Sancti Petri hotel, with easy hiking trails ideal for enjoying a day outdoors in the fresh air. Two of these trails are the Pinares de la Barrosa trail and the Playa de la Barrosa trail. These include the Salina Santa María de Jesús, Salina de Carboneros and Pinar de los Franceses trails.
